TACIT KNOWLEDGE AND ITS VARIANTS

The article analyzes tacit knowledge. This article describes the different types of implicit knowledge, the reasons for the appearance of tacit knowledge, and the types of tacit knowledge and knowledge associated with tacit knowledge. An attempt to indicate different types of tacit knowledge has been made. The author shows that the study of tacit knowledge can create mechanisms for transferring tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge. The article also shows that the study of tacit knowledge provides the increase of explicit knowledge.
