Due to the fact of modernization of training process content, methods and technologies in general and higher education are being updated. Under these conditions, formation mathematical culture obtains the special importance for future professionals since culture is the highest expression of human education and professional competence. This article states that structurally the concept of mathematical culture has four main components: a mathematical world view, mathematical thinking, methods of mathematics and language of mathematics. Two of them are analyzed in details – methods of mathematics and mathematical language. It is noted that for the mathematicians inductive logic, common tools and techniques that produce the following scientific stochastic concepts are essential: analysis, synthesis, abstraction and determination. The authors emphasized that the mathematical theory of probability is the language for discussion of empirical problems in a number of different ways.
Keywords: mathematical culture, stochastic culture, methods of mathematics, language of mathematics, analysis, determination, induction, mathematical abstraction, analogy in mathematics, deduction in mathematics.
