The article uses the interdisciplinary approach to analyze the ethical-legal aspects of professional medical errors and their structure that allows studying the research object - “medical errors” in terms of basic ethical categories: duty, responsibility, conscience, guilt, etc. The study of professional medical errors is one of the most important ways for developing professional medical thinking on the basis of the integratinon of knowledges in different scientific fields. The study of professional medical errors will identify possible ways of their prevention.
