Zheleznikova is the author of more than 170 scientific and educational-methodical works, including two monographs, one patent for invention, three textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. For the last 5 years, she has 12 publications in journals included in Scopus database, 5 publications in journals included in WoS database and 37 articles in the journals from the VAK list of the Russian Federation. She leads the section “Lighting installations and physiological optics” of the Scientific and Technical Council “Lighting technology” of Russia lighting industry.
