The article deals with macroalgorithms as an applied form of the Philosophy of Numbers, studied on the basis of the 25-element model of the Old Indian Saankhya. The subject of the paper is total influence of the higher 9-element group on the structure of narration and historical development. The element Mind (manas) which can transform the 9-element group into the Decade, is not taken into account. Each of the nine higher elements of Existence can generate a completed cycle of development. The article discusses two types of cycles. The 8-element cycle of natural development is regarded as a logical paradigm (stages A, B, D, E) and a stage of development (units a, b, d, e). The number of elements in the cycle of social development exceeding the natural reality by four guarantees their continuity. In fiction the character achieves its goal at the end of an natural reality, and he or she is pleased by attention of authorities at the end of a social reality. The article defines the geopolitical 72-element cycle (‟9 х 8 = 72”) by the examples of relationships between Austria and Pru08) is represented: by three 108-year periods followed by the First Ecumenical Council (325); by three waves of political purges in Russia (1718, 1825, 1933); by the Battle of Austerlitz (1805) and the World War I (1914).
